Fabrice Refano

Fabrice Refano is an experienced manager in the field of maintenance and production engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Mac Maintenance at Elia since February 2013, overseeing high-tension infrastructure maintenance in Southeast Belgium. Prior to this role, Fabrice worked at TI Automotive as the Director of Production and Maintenance from November 2008 to January 2013, where responsibilities included managing production, planning, and maintenance for the Wandre factory and implementing management systems and KPIs. Earlier experience includes a position as a Manufacturing Engineer at Owens Corning Fiberglas from April 2005 to November 2008, leading a team of 50 personnel, and a role as a Young Engineer at Radermecker from 2001 to 2004 focused on developing new installations. Fabrice holds a degree in Civil Engineering in Electromechanics from the University of Liège.
