Johan Mortier

Johan Mortier is an Expert Environment at Elia, where they focus on integrating environmental obligations with project goals, as well as digital cartography and topographical surveying. In their previous roles, they managed and led environmental initiatives and project leadership. Johan has a diverse background, including experience as a Programmer and Analyst at Sidmar, Traffic Engineer for the City of Ghent, and various other roles in the public and private sectors. They hold a degree in Geography from Universiteit Gent and have taught Geography briefly before their military service.
