Laura Jacobs has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the responsible for tariff studies at Elia since March 2018. Previously, Laura worked as a project manager at TTR Energy from October 2010 to December 2017, focusing on renewable projects, portfolio management, contract negotiation, and regulatory analysis. Earlier roles included developing scientific websites at the Royal Observatory of Belgium and contributing to a solar extractor project at the University of Ouagadougou. Laura holds a Master in Civil Electromechanical Engineering - Energy, awarded magna cum laude from Université libre de Bruxelles, along with an Erasmus exchange at Kungliga tekniska högskolan in 2009.
