Nicolas Crabbe

Nicolas Crabbe is an experienced professional in internal audit and risk management, currently serving as the Head of Group Internal Audit & Risk Management at Elia since August 2021, where management of internal audit, risk management, and compliance activities is key. Additionally, Nicolas Crabbe holds the position of Independent Expert of the Audit Committee at OISZ IPSS since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Group Audit Director at Tessenderlo Group and Picanol Group, where responsibility extended to CSR matters, as well as Internal Audit & Internal Control Manager positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, managing a client portfolio in the financial services industry. Nicolas Crabbe holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from KU Leuven, complemented by further education from IESE Business School and Antwerp Management School.
