Valery Stembert

Valery Stembert has over 20 years of experience in program and project management within the energy sector, currently serving as Head of Program Management Office & Project Support Office at Elia since April 2006. In this role, responsibilities include managing financial and thematic reporting for green certificates, organizing auctions, and ensuring compliance with transparency policies. Previous positions at Elia include Levies & Transparency Manager and Key Account Manager, where Valery developed strong customer relationships and managed business operations. Prior to Elia, Valery held positions at Ziegler S.A and GFI Benelux, and has a background in business controlling and consulting.
