Yannick Vandenberghe

Yannick Vandenberghe is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for CRM at Elia since May 2017, where responsibilities include managing the Capacity Remuneration Mechanism to ensure Belgium's security of supply. Previously, Yannick held roles such as Transformation Program Manager, where co-designing departmental transformations and setting up change initiatives were key responsibilities, and Senior Project Manager for HVDC, leading the operational integration of the ALEGrO interconnection between Belgium and Germany, achieving significant agreements with international transmission system operators. Prior experience at Fluxys Belgium spanned over a decade, including positions as Business Project Leader in regulatory project development and gas flow operations, with a strong focus on project management, stakeholder management, and process improvements.
