Strategic Compensation

•	Develop and implement client’s compensation/total rewards strategy to promote productivity, outcomes, and employee engagement in 26 countries: Americas, APAC, EMEA, MENA.
•	Lead the design and administration (via generative AI) of competitive compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, and equity compensation, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness. Significant focus on executive and sales compensation effectiveness.
•	Develop, analyze and create Equity schemes for Privately Held firms including ESPP, ESOP, ISO/NSO Stock, Phantom Stock, stock grants and RSUs. 
•	Perform Equity-related filings for the SEC and the CSA, including 409A Valuations, DFH 14 Proxy Statement, and SEC, S-1 Registration for pre-IPO positioned firms.
•	Own content planning, delivery and understanding of key agenda items for the Compensation Committees of the Board of Directors and SLT.
•	Oversee the management, optimization and continued harmonization of legally compliant global employee benefits programs promoting individualization, connection, integration, and transparency.
•	Manage executive compensation programs, including incentive plans, equity awards, and deferred compensation, in alignment with corporate governance principles and CRA, IRS, and ERISA requirements.
•	Collaborate with HR Business Partners. CFO, CHRO, Finance and managers to develop compensation programs that effectively link rewards to individual and organizational performance, fostering a high-performance, meaningful, inclusive and rewarding culture.
•	Develop and implement celebrations and sharing in recognition and rewards initiatives that reinforce desired behaviors and drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
•	Ensure SOX compliance and all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies governing compensation and benefits practices, maintaining transparency and fairness.
•	Broker placement and program mhmt of full-suite US & Canada
