Roberta Mancini

Roberta Mancini is an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in project management and Lean Management methodologies. Since October 2013, Roberta has led R&D project management and resource workload management at Elica Spa, utilizing visual planning systems such as SCRUM and Kanban to ensure project delivery timelines. Prior to this role, Roberta worked as a Program Manager at Faber SPA (a FRANKE Company) from May 2011 to October 2013, where responsibilities included coordinating Lean Management initiatives. Roberta also gained valuable experience as a Laboratory Engineer at Faber SpA from March 2008 to March 2011. Roberta holds a certification in Microsoft Project from the European School of Project Management and a degree in Industrial Production Engineering from Politecnico delle Marche.
