CTO and Co-Founder at Elidah

Eric Kolb has over 20 years of experience in product development and commercialization. Eric began their career in 1997 as an R&D Engineer for Johnson & Johnson Professional, Inc. In 1999, they moved to DePuy Orthopaedics as a Product Development Engineer. In 2001, they were promoted to Staff Engineer at DePuy Spine. In 2008, they joined Doctors Research Group as the Sr. Director of Product Development. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Director of Engineering at ZetrOZ Inc. where they maintained responsibility for ongoing product/process improvements during the initial market introduction, developing a pipeline of new products, successfully executing multiple federal grants, and generating a robust intellectual property portfolio. In 2020, they became a Partner at Ray-Board Swim Kickboard, providing an ergonomic solution aimed at allowing swimmers to kick longer and stronger than ever before. Eric has also been a Medical Device Product Development Consultant at Kolb Consultants since 2013, and a CTO and Co-Founder at Elidah, Inc. since 2015, where they developed and manufactured ELITONE, the first non-surgical, non-invasive treatment to help the 1 in 3 women who suffer from stress urinary incontinence.

Eric Kolb received their Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1996. Eric then went on to earn their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 2000.
