The Founders Concierge is a 12-week private advisory experience for founders and senior leaders who want to recalibrate their energy, health, and leadership capacity.

Through Elika’s Energy Reset framework, clients address the root drivers of fatigue, misalignment, and decision overload, creating sustainable success across both their professional and personal lives.

🔍 Health Concierge – Corporate Leadership & Team Programmes

The Health Concierge is our corporate wellbeing framework designed to support leadership performance across organisations.

The programme operates through a three-tier structure:

• Senior Leadership Advisory – private energy optimisation and coaching for executives
• Workshops & Masterclasses – practical leadership wellbeing and performance sessions for teams
• Coaching in a Box – ongoing support hours providing access to advisory and implementation guidance

This structure allows organisations to support wellbeing from the leadership level through to the wider team.

🔍 Wellness Consultancy

We also partner with luxury and hospitality brands to design wellness-led concepts, culinary design and implementation, experiences and strategic initiatives that align with the growing demand for high-quality wellbeing offerings.
