Gennady Sergeenko

Gennady Sergeenko began their work experience in 2008 as a Software Engineer at iNotebook. Gennady then transitioned to Elinext in 2010, where they took on roles such as Project Manager, Head of Web Development, and currently serves as the IT Services Director. In their current position, they oversee a design team, manages and controls key account projects, and facilitates communication between different departments. As the Head of Web Development, they organized the work of 6 teams, implemented agile processes, and provided training and coaching. Prior to that, as a Project Manager, they managed various projects and provided consulting on SEO and Google Adwords.

Gennady Sergeenko holds a Master of Computer Science degree in System analysis, management and information processing from Belarusian State Technological University. Prior to that, they earned a Specialist degree in Computer Science: Informatics from Minsk State Higher Radioengineering College. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org and Certificate of Vocational Education in Design from Gorki High School. Gennady also holds certifications in Master HTML5 and Programming in C# from Brainbench and National Open University respectively. Furthermore, they have completed a certification in Windows Applications Development in C# from National Open University.
