Elinvar has over 30 years of experience providing talented leaders for executive positions. Our primary focus is working with boards and search committees to advise on all aspects of the leadership transition as well as bringing the best candidates to them for their current and future needs.

Elinvar's clients in the philanthropy, nonprofit and higher education sectors value the strategic and objective approach provided by our CEO and her team. In the rapidly changing environment they operate in, having an experienced and trusted adviser provides an impactful and catalytic transition that honors the past and recognizes the challenges of the present and future.

We provide a retained search offering that includes the full complement of transition services and we have the highest completion rate in the industry. For clients that do not require this level of assistance, we structure our engagement to complement their resources.

Our clients also believe in investing in their existing team. With Elinvar, you have a partner who really understands your organization and goals. We use this knowledge, combined with the talents of our Alliance Partners, to provide the leadership development solution that is right for you and your team. This unique approach allows you to work with one organization providing continuity and a deep understanding of your situation while tailoring specific projects to provide you the right expert at the right time ... every time.
