Rakesh Kumar has worked in the IT industry since 2014. Rakesh began their career as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies where they were responsible for managing, planning and coordinating end-to-end implementation activities for a release, from the UAT Environment, through into SCD production. Rakesh was also responsible for all the production related requirements and addressing customer's queries, and worked with clients on CITI internal tools like Comet, ZTS, GCE, Primo etc. for trading order flow checks. In 2019, they joined Deutsche Bank as a Senior Software Engineer where they were responsible for ensuring that all changes to the SCD production IT environment are appropriately assessed, planned, coordinated, and implemented in a structured, transparent, efficient, and risk-averse manner. Rakesh also facilitated the consistent operation of Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings including representation of changes and addressing any concerns of CAB approvers. In 2021, they joined Elinvar.de as a Senior Application Support Engineer where they are responsible for enabling asset & wealth managers to digitalize their business models by providing the required Platform as a Service. This includes applications for core processes as well as third party connections. Elinvar partners profit from the combination of leading technology and the optimal regulatory setup as the company holds all necessary BaFin licenses.
Rakesh Kumar has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, which they obtained between 2010 and 2014.
