Eliotus is a solution driven and dynamic strategy, development and risk management consultancy. We bring interpersonal relationships back to business, founding our work on trust and shared values.
The company was founded in October 2014 by Pascal D’hont.
Since then Eliotus has grown steadily to be a diverse and open minded group of people working together towards a common goal. This mission is to build valuable relationships and develop mutual trust with global private and public organisations. Our Approach is to bring the focus back to face-to-face interactions and exchanging contacts.
We thrive on helping groups to manage, protect and take care of their personnel, their resources and reputation.

Our Focus:

-	Duty of Care
Our work is based on Duty of Care, the ethical and legal duty of the top management of an organisation not to cause or fail to prevent physical or psychological injury to their personnel within a working environment. We believe that Duty of Care is a crucial tenet for global businesses, and that it is the key to building more secure and inclusive organisations.

-	Sustainability
We are passionate about helping businesses to explore new and alternative ways to become more responsible of their impact on their society and surroundings, becoming an integral part of their communities and supporting the local environment. We believe that businesses are agents of change, with a responsibility to integrate their work within a broader environmental and social vision and contribute to the well being of the communities in which they operate.

-	International Security and Risk Management
We believe that a truly successful and globally minded business needs to prioritise the security and well being of its people. Global security and risk should be approached from a comprehensive perspective, making sure that human resources are not only protected, but valued in their work environment as well.
