Aaron Buffery

Aaron Buffery currently serves as the UK Recruitment Manager for ELIS, a prominent provider of bespoke textile, hygiene, and wellness solutions, since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Academy Scout at Coventry City Football Club, Business Development Manager at HMY, and Business Development & Customer Engagement Manager at Quantum 4 Ltd. Aaron has also held positions in talent acquisition management at Randstad and ATA Recruitment, alongside experience as an Executive Consultant at Reed and in executive search with Matrix People Solutions. Educationally, Aaron holds a BA in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Northampton.
