Frédéric LAFFAGE

Frédéric Laffage is a seasoned client services manager with over 19 years of experience in the service industry. They began their career as a commercial assistant at Orange and later worked as a salesperson at Go Sport. Frédéric held the position of Responsable exploitation services at Serena from 2004 to 2023, where they managed approximately 90 service agents and maintained client relationships. Currently, they serve as Chef du service clients at ELIS, continuing to leverage their expertise in service management and client relations. Frédéric completed their education with a degree in Gestion des entreprises et des administrations from IUT GEA and a Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle in secteur management.
