Matthieu Lestrade is currently the Quality Manager BELUX at Elis since 2023. Previously, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Toyota Boshoku Europe N.V. in 2022 and gained experience as a Quality Improvement Manager in apprenticeship at SKF between 2016 and 2018, where they contributed to the industrialization of bearings for Tesla's Berlin factory.
