Steve Hatch

Steve Hatch is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Supply Chain Director for ELIS, overseeing operations in the UK and Denmark since January 2018. In this role, Steve leads strategic, tactical, and operational aspects of the supply chain while also spearheading continuous improvement initiatives across Northern Europe. Prior to ELIS, Steve was the Supply Chain Manager for Berendsen, focusing on service and cost improvements for the UK operation. Steve's extensive background at Air Products includes positions such as Master Black Belt and Continuous Improvement Manager, where key achievements involved delivering significant productivity gains and enhancing Lean Six Sigma practices. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Staffordshire University.
