Noora Lainio

Noora Lainio has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Noora is currently the VP of Customer Experience & Growth at Elisa, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, they were the Sales Director at Elisa, where they led omnichannel sales and customer care operations for small entrepreneur customers. From June 2015 to September 2023, Noora served as the Director of Commercialization and Audiences, Corporate Customers at Elisa, overseeing B2B sales development and customer experience initiatives.

Before joining Elisa, Noora worked as the Marketing and Communications Director at Elisa Appelsiini Oy from January 2013 to June 2015. Noora was responsible for developing marketing and communication strategies and programs to enhance brand recognition and image.

Prior to their time at Elisa, Noora held positions at Elisa Links Oy, Elisa Oyj, Microsoft, IBM Software Group, and Rational Software, gaining experience in business growth, go-to-market program execution, partner sales management, and account management.
