Dylan B. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 with Crawford Media Services, Inc. as a Metadata Writer, where they were responsible for archiving a wide array of assets and ensuring they were properly tagged and entered into a large database quickly and accurately. In 2017, they took on the role of Search Engine Evaluator at Leapforce, where they evaluated the usefulness of search engine results for Google searches and determined the family friendliness of content displayed to users. In 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer at DigitalCrafts. In 2019, they took on the role of Senior Technical Advisor at KellyConnect | Contact Center Solutions, where they assisted product launches of Apple devices to ensure customer satisfaction and handled extremely high volume during the launches of devices such as the iPhone 11. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as an AI Trainer at MeetElise.

Dylan B. attended DigitalCrafts in 2018, where they studied Full Stack Programming. Dylan then went on to Free Code Camp, where they obtained a Full Stack Certification in Computer Software Engineering in 2017-2018. Dylan also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Georgia State University between 2013-2016.
