Ty Carleton

Ty Carleton serves as the Head of Legal at EliseAI since January 2024. Previously, Ty held the position of Head of Legal and BizOps at Pulley from September 2021 to January 2024. Ty's legal career includes roles as an Associate at Cooley LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, as well as a Summer Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Ty gained early experience with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a Summer Honors Intern in the Division of Enforcement. Before the legal profession, Ty worked as an Associate and Analyst at Charles River Associates and as a Summer Analyst at Locus Analytics. Ty earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia Law School in 2019 and a BA in English and American Literatures and Mathematics from Middlebury College in 2012.
