Eli Fligel is an accomplished innovation leader currently serving as the Head of the IRIS Research and Development Group at Elisra since 2022. Previously, Eli held various roles at Elbit Systems Electro-optics-Elop Ltd. from 2008 to 2012, managing high-tech projects as an R&D Program Manager. Eli's career began in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as a RF Practical Engineer and held multiple leadership roles thereafter. Eli holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology, along with a Practical Engineer qualification from AMAL.
