Our Company has been included in the “List of Real Estate Appraisal Companies” by the Capital Market Board (CMB) as of September 12th, 2003.

Our Company was duly authorized by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) on March 8th, 2010 in order to render services for “appraisal of a real estate, a real estate project or rights and benefits based on a real estate”.

Our Company complies with “Professional Liability Insurance” and “ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System” requirements.
