Elite Careers Strategy™ is a founder-led private advisory for families and high-potential candidates pursuing the world’s most selective careers.

We work across corporate law, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, markets and consulting, supporting a limited number of families globally each year.

ECS is not a recruitment agency, placement service or generic career-coaching business. We diagnose where a candidate’s performance is breaking across the paper screen, interview and final-conversion stages, then build the evidence, commercial judgement and preparation required to compete independently on merit.

Our work is delivered through Offer-Engineering for Elite Careers™, supported by proprietary frameworks including STAR-3®, PEAL-3™, PEAL-X™, VTMR™ and BDC™, alongside firm-specific preparation, simulations and a private client infrastructure.

The ECS record includes:

• 10,000+ applications reviewed
• 100+ documented offers and placements
• Outcomes across London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore
• Client outcomes at firms including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Blackstone, KKR, White & Case, Freshfields, Clifford Chance, Sidley Austin and Ropes & Gray
• Speaking engagements with MBA clubs at Harvard Business School, Yale School of Management and MIT Sloan, and at the Festival of Education at Wellington College

ECS works with approximately 30 families each year. Engagements are selective, confidential and scoped around the candidate’s specific recruitment stage, ambitions and performance gap.

Some client identities and outcomes remain anonymised. Evidence is retained privately where appropriate. Past outcomes do not guarantee future results.
