Your best work is invisible. You've mastered your craft — but proving it means rebuilding trust from scratch with every new client, investor, or employer.
ELITE changes that.

ELITE is a privacy-first Work Intelligence Platform that captures what you actually do, tracks your skill development over time, and issues cryptographically signed credentials that anyone can verify instantly.

At the core is VERA — your private AI work partner. VERA runs on your desktop, connects to 100+ tools you already use (GitHub, Figma, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, and more), and quietly learns your strengths. She doesn't just observe — she takes action: scheduling focus time, creating tasks, sharing milestones — always with your permission.

What makes ELITE different:
→ Privacy-first: VERA processes everything on your device. Raw work data never leaves your computer. We can't see it — by design.

→ Verified credentials: When VERA confirms a skill, she generates an Ed25519-signed credential. Unforgeable, portable, independently verifiable. No self-reporting.

→ Compounding proof: The more you work, the stronger your verified profile becomes. Your expertise compounds — not decays.

→ AI that acts: VERA doesn't just track — she helps. Create tasks in GitHub, schedule deep work, push credentials to your profile. You always confirm before she acts.

We sit at the intersection of Productivity ($81B), Verification ($15B), and HR Tech ($43B). 73% of hiring managers don't trust resumes. 85% of employers are shifting to skills-based hiring. The credential market doesn't have a clear winner yet.

ELITE is building it.
