Elite CX Solutions (Elite) is an innovative Customer Experience management firm that focuses on delivering the best-fit customized solution to each client. We understand that most industries have been underserved by current CX management strategies. Too many companies are providing a “data dump”, leaving you to sort out the meaning and corrective action plan. Elite takes the information collected from written/video/telephone mystery shopping, VoC and auditing to develop a tailored solution for your company. Training programs and customized analytics are consolidated under one umbrella providing you with a true 360 degree view of your operation.

Elite works hard to continually build up our pool of evaluators and technical team. We have cultivated relationships with the highest caliber written and hidden video evaluators in the country allowing us to confidently take on challenging projects. Evaluators of every level are standing by to meet your needs and accomplish your goals. Elite has recruited some of the top minds in America to develop and maintain our proprietary VoC system, training program (Elite University) and the analytics reporting system.

Elite is excited to work with you. Know that you can count on us as your trusted CX solution.
