Jon Sasala

Jon Sasala is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Elite Development Group since August 2024, Jon previously held key positions including Vice President of Operations at Strahman Group, Director of Operations at Renewal by Andersen of Central PA, and Director of Supply Chain & Continuous Improvement at New Standard Corporation. With a strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Jon has successfully led global sourcing, purchasing, and logistics functions, negotiating significant cost savings and enhancing operational efficiencies. Jon holds an Executive Certificate in Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Business Administration from Washington & Jefferson College.
