At Elite Educational Consultants, we go beyond checklists—we transform how students experience success.

I'm Dr. Erica Reaves, and I founded this firm to close the gap between potential and achievement. We specialize in holistic student success strategies that blend academic coaching, college readiness, faith-based empowerment, and culturally responsive support for students, parents, and institutions.

💡 Our Signature Services Include:

🎓 College Prep Workshops for students and parents (FAFSA, mindset, academic planning)

🧠 The ELITE & Anointed Curriculum – a values-driven student success guide rooted in faith, purpose, and practical tools

📘 Interactive Workbooks & Downloads to guide students from high school through college

🏫 Partnership Programs with schools, churches, and youth ministries

💬 Speaking Engagements on student retention, holistic advising, and first-gen college access

We believe student success starts with the whole person—their story, their values, and their village.

If you're a parent, school, church, or community organization looking to empower the next generation with tools that are faith-rooted, data-informed, and culturally relevant, let’s connect.
