Tom Stone

Tom Stone has more than four decades of law enforcement and public safety experience, including twenty-two years as a Chief of Police and/or Public Safety Director. A charter member of the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (FBI – LEEDA), they served as Executive Director from 2001 to 2013 and were named Executive Director Emeritus upon retirement. Currently, Tom is the Chairman of the Law Enforcement Advisory Board at Elite Interactive Solutions and continues to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration at Upper Iowa University. Tom has developed various programs and curricula for police management education and remains active in consulting, training, and mentoring within the law enforcement community.
