William Thrapp

William Thrapp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development within the RF hardware and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Elite RF since March 2025, William focuses on connecting customers with high-quality RF solutions tailored to meet specific challenges. Prior to this role, William was the BD National Sales Lead at NuWaves Engineering, where efforts concentrated on addressing complex RF challenges through Engineering Design Services and commercial off-the-shelf products. Experience also includes working as an Account Executive at IQPC, linking defense solution providers with government buyers, and serving in the US Army as an Account Manager Delegate Acquisition. Early career experience includes a sales representative role at Raymond of New Jersey, LLC. William holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Penn State University (2006-2010).
