Rob McGraw, MBA, CPTD, is the founder and CEO of Full Swing Training & Development, where they focus on driving performance outcomes through courses, assessments, coaching, and consulting. Rob has held significant roles in talent management and organizational effectiveness, including serving as Director of Talent Management at Advocate Construction, where they significantly enhanced sales staffing and reduced voluntary termination rates. They are also an Executive Board Member at Elite SDVOB Network and a Principal Consultant at Gammon and Associates. Additionally, Rob is pursuing a B.S. and an MBA, which complements their extensive experience in training and organizational development across various industries.
