Elithis est un groupe immobilier français, fondé en 2003, figurant parmi les leaders de la performance énergétique, environnementale et économique. Il propose aux acteurs de la construction et de la rénovation du bâtiment et aux collectivités des solutions innovantes, durables et compétitives. 
Avec plus de 150 collaborateurs dans le monde, le groupe a développé plus de 2 500 projets au cours des 10 dernières années, et deux réalisations majeures : 

●	La conception du premier édifice tertiaire à énergie positive, un immeuble de bureaux de 5000 m2 achevé à Dijon en 2009. Une première mondiale dont les caractéristiques demeurent encore aujourd’hui au-delà des exigences réglementaires et des certifications de renoms du secteur de la construction.

●	La création et la réalisation de la tour Elithis “Danube” de Strasbourg, première tour résidentielle à énergie positive au monde, surpassant les prévisions techniques et les certifications européennes et françaises existantes et parvenant même à gommer la facture énergétique de ses habitants. 

Avec ses deux filiales « Elithis Solutions » pour l’activité de conseil et d'ingénierie et « Elithis Immobilier » pour le développement de projets à énergie positive, Elithis est aujourd’hui un groupe intégré au positionnement unique, mettant à disposition son expérience, sa connaissance et son  ingéniosité pour imaginer des bâtiments aux performances énergétiques et environnementales exceptionnelles.

This team ensures that projects adhere to high standards of energy efficiency and environmental performance, managing timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating efforts across various departments and stakeholders. Their expertise enables Elithis to deliver landmark buildings like the energy-positive office in Dijon and the Elithis “Danube” Tower in Strasbourg.
