Louise Gustafson

Louise Gustafson is an accomplished Principal Product Manager at Elixir with over 20 years of experience in the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry. Since December 2020, Louise has driven product strategy and execution at Elixir while also serving as a Council Member for NCPDP since June 2007, leading multiple task groups focused on standards development in telecommunications and government programs. Prior roles include VP of Product Requirements at ProCare Rx and VP of Operations at Data Rx, where Louise honed expertise in pharmacy claims adjudication systems and compliance with industry standards.
