Elixir was established in 2014 as a pharmaceutical research and development company, aiming to serve the global pharmaceutical industry with its high-technology laboratories, scientific infrastructure, and innovative mindset.

Elixir develops drug products and manufacturing processes that comply with EMA (European Medicines Agency) and FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) standards. It also carries out technology transfers to pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and conducts joint development projects with its customers and strategic partners operating in Turkey, the EU, and the USA.

With its high-technology laboratories, scientific infrastructure, and innovative mindset, Elixir, a pharmaceutical research and development company, joined the GEN structure in 2019, including its GEN R&D studies with the products it developed.
