Polly Logan is an experienced distillery professional currently serving as the Distillery Manager at Elixir Distillers since January 2023. Prior to this role, Polly worked as a Whisky Maker for The Macallan at Edrington from January 2018 to December 2022. Polly's career began at Diageo as a Site Operations Manager from January 2008 to December 2017, and earlier, Polly held the position of Production Manager at The Tomatin Distillery Co Ltd from October 2004 to December 2007. Polly holds a BSc HONS in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University (2000-2004) and an HNC in Horse Husbandry/Equine Science and Management from UHI (1999-2000).
