Aedin Culhane is a Professor of Cancer Genomics at the University of Limerick and the Director of the Limerick Digital Cancer Research Centre, where they lead a research group focused on Cancer Computational Genomics and Digital Oncology. They co-lead the eHealth Hub for Cancer and have served on various Bioconductor advisory boards since 2014. Aedin’s previous experience includes roles as a Senior Research Scientist at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where they taught courses on programming and statistical modeling in R. They completed their PhD through the BBSRC CASE program with Pfizer at The University of Manchester.
