Daniel Barrowdale

Daniel Barrowdale is a Senior Scientific Officer specializing in cancer data at ELIXIR since December 2022. Previously, Daniel worked as a Data Manager at EMBL, where coordination of data sharing within the Pan Prostate Cancer Group was a primary responsibility. Daniel's experience at the University of Cambridge spanned over eleven years, managing data for the Embrace Study and establishing the Embed Study database, alongside duties as a data manager for the CIMBA consortium, focused on BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutation carrier data. Earlier in the career, Daniel served as a Clinical Trial Assistant at Imperial College London, contributing to the HYVET trial. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Portsmouth.
