Alan Harris

Alan Harris has over four decades of experience in technology and operations management, currently serving as an Associate Partner and Principal at Elixirr since 2013, focusing on strategic advisory in various sectors. Prior to Elixirr, Alan held significant roles including Head of Technology & Operations for EMEA at MetLife, where responsibilities encompassed managing over 400 staff and a $100 million technology budget. As Founder and President of Ashtree Solutions, Alan provided consulting services across multiple industries. Additional leadership roles include Head of Technology at The Pennies Foundation, Head of Global Program Management at DHL, and Partner at Accenture, where expertise was applied to rescue large-scale projects. Alan began a career at Micro Focus, contributing to product design and development. Educational achievements include a BSc from City University Business School and a BA in Photography from the University of Westminster.
