Lucas Onetti

Lucas Onetti is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in management and consulting. Currently serving as a Manager at Elixirr since April 2024, Lucas previously held positions as an Associate at Winston Capital Advisors and a Consulting Intern at One Acre Fund. Lucas has extensive experience in product marketing as an Associate Product Marketing Manager at Knoll and has also co-founded Fava Grill, where the role encompassed both culinary and leadership responsibilities. Earlier experiences include managing a lodge at Exciting Outdoors, interning as a Marketing Consultant at Porter Novelli, and working as a Retail Sales Associate at vineyard vines. Lucas holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s Degree from Middlebury College, complemented by a high school diploma from Riverdale Country School.
