Patrick Carter

Patrick Carter currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Elixirr since January 2025. Prior to this role, Patrick worked at Ascential from October 2019 to January 2025, progressing from Commercial Counsel to Senior Corporate and Commercial Counsel, focusing on M&A, corporate, and procurement activities. Patrick's earlier experience includes a solicitor position at Buddle Findlay (April 2016 - July 2019), in-house counsel at Westland Milk Products (November 2017 - January 2018), and a summer clerkship at Bell Gully (November 2013 - February 2014). Patrick began a career foundation in the NZ Army, completing basic training in December 2012. Patrick holds a BCom/LLB degree in Accounting from the University of Otago, earned in 2015.
