Vimal Parekh

Vimal Parekh is an accomplished professional in AI and product innovation, currently leading the AI Innovation & Enablement agenda at Elixirr and serving as Co-Founder & CTO at RevnIQ. As the Founder of CXIQ and former Director of AI Agent Solutions at Ampliwork, Vimal focuses on developing AI-driven solutions that optimize processes and enhance client outcomes. Previous roles include Head of Digital Product Innovation at Oxford University Press and Head of Product Innovation at Capita, where Vimal transformed services into customer-centric models using Human-Centered Design principles.
