Alan Krock

Alan Krock is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles, particularly as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at multiple companies, including Eliyan Corporation, International Petroleum Products & Additives Company, Inc., InvenSense, Inc., and Beceem Communications. Krock has also contributed as a Board Member at NetLogic Microsystems and Sipex Corporation, and served as a CFO Consultant at Tropos Networks. Krock's career began at ROHM Semiconductor America as Corporate Controller, followed by a significant tenure at IDT. An alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley, Krock holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from the Haas School of Business.
