Nicolas Capron

Nicolas Capron has extensive work experience in the silicone industry. Nicolas started their career in 2005 at Bluestar Silicones, where they held various roles including European Customer Service Manager, Global Demand&Supply Manager, Project Manager, Global Product Manager, and Market Manager EMEA. In 2017, they joined Elkem ASA as a Market Manager EMEA, responsible for the Film & Paper Silicones Release Coatings Business in the EMEA zone. Nicolas later became the Global Business Line Manager and currently serves as the Sales & Marketing Director EMEA.

Nicolas Capron completed their education with an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, from 1998 to 2003. Nicolas then pursued a Master's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Carleton University, which they completed between 2002 and 2003. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from emlyon business school between 2008 and 2010.
