Nu Pham is currently the Chief of Staff at Elker and has a diverse background in project management, particularly within education, cybersecurity, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. They have previously held roles including Senior Project Officer at the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions and Project Manager at Symmetra, where they managed global DEI initiatives and digital learning solutions. Their career began at RMIT University, where they successfully implemented a new learning management system and supported digital innovations in education. Nu holds multiple degrees in Music Performance from Victoria University, reflecting their strong academic background alongside their professional expertise.
