David Balla

David Balla has been serving as a Product Manager at ELKO EP since June 2002, where responsibilities include customer communication, technical consulting in relay products and applications, management of complaint processes, and collaboration with the development team for innovations. David Balla also leads product training sessions, participates in exhibitions, and monitors market trends while managing quality control and internal training for technical staff. Prior experience includes serving in the Czech Army as a driver from October 2000 to September 2001, working as a junior quality control technician at AEV Kroměříž from September 1997 to June 2001, and involvement in the production and assembly of electrical switchgear from July 1997 to July 1998. Educational qualifications include advanced development in sales skills and soft skills competencies, acquired through various training programs from 2010 to 2016.
