Our Story

Since 1994, ELLA Contracting, LP has been building more than just infrastructure — we’ve been building trust, relationships, and communities. What started as a small team with a big vision has grown into a company that’s proudly served South and Central Texas for over 30 years.

At the heart of everything we do are our six core values. They aren’t just words on paper — they guide every project, every decision, and every interaction. Because of this, we’ve been fortunate to not only earn long-standing partnerships with customers, but also keep incredible team members who’ve grown with us along the way.

What We Do

Our work touches the essentials of daily life:

Underground Utilities — Storm Drainage, Sanitary Sewer, Water, Fire Lines

Concrete Construction — Structural and Site Concrete

From neighborhoods to major infrastructure, we specialize in delivering safe, dependable, and high-quality work that stands the test of time.

Who We Are

At ELLA, our people make the difference. The men and women who wear the ELLA name take pride in knowing their work provides communities with the utilities that keep life moving. Our promise is simple:

Put people first.

Do the job the right way.

Always be better than yesterday.

That’s how we’ve built our reputation — and that’s how we’ll continue building the future of Texas.
