Ella's Flats is a family-owned company founded by Ellen Macks in 2017 that specializes in making delicious all seed crackers with a commitment to clean ingredients. Ellen is a health-conscious mother and grandmother with an appetite. She’s always on the lookout for recipes that both taste great and make you feel great and had a eureka moment when she started making a cracker recipe using just seeds and spices.

What started in her family kitchen quickly evolved into Ella's Flats, a brand dedicated to providing delightful, nutritious, and versatile crackers. From the beginning, Ella's Flats rapidly expanded its presence, offering these scrumptious crackers in 6 flavors. Today, they can be found in thousands of grocery and specialty stores across the US, ranging from large conventional chains to small independent retailers that stay ahead of the latest trends, as well as online at Amazon and ellasflats.com.

Ella's Flats are more than just a cracker. Made with only seeds and spices, they can be enjoyed all day - as a bread/toast replacement, as toppings over soups and salads, with cheese boards or as a snack on their own. We like to say it’s the only cracker you would have for breakfast!

Ella's Flats are not just delicious but also nutritionally superior. With each serving including 8g of protein (as much as an egg!), along with fiber and healthy fats and low in carbs, these crackers boast an unmatched nutrition profile. Seeds, recognized as superfoods, fits all diets and lifestyles.

At our core is the passion and love Ellen brought to the crackers when she was making them in her kitchen for her family. We bring that same passion to serving our customers and love providing the nutritional superpower, texture and taste of seeds in every bite of Ella’s Flats using only the highest quality ingredients.
