Inspired by Alessio Lacco, a master pizzaiolo in Atlanta, Georgia, and pushed by Vito Iacopelli, master pizzaiolo and famous YouTuber, Chef Karen and her partner Maurizio founded the startup Ellay Pizza in March 2022 in collaboration with the commercial kitchen. The new catering service offered by Ellay Pizza brings the real Neapolitan Pizza to Los Angels area and into your home. Chef Karen is born and raised in Italy where she learned the art of making pizza and all of the secrets of Italian cuisine.
