At ELLEON, we believe engineering consulting needs a fresh take: One that puts people, purpose, and performance at the center.

Founded in Switzerland, ELLEON connects exceptional engineers with high-impact missions across the country’s most dynamic industries: Aerospace, Medtech, Energy, Mobility, and Manufacturing. We’re here for companies that need more than just hands. They need minds that challenge, build, and deliver.

Whether you're a client looking for trusted engineering consultants or an engineer looking for meaningful work, ELLEON offers something different.

We provide on-demand access to vetted consultants and engineers who combine technical excellence with the mindset to integrate fast and deliver value. Our flexible model adapts to your needs: short-term expertise, long-term support, or innovation partnerships.

You are an engineer? ELLEON is your gateway to challenging projects, flexible work options, and an engaged collective of professionals who support each other’s growth. We offer access to mentorship, leadership coaching, and training, because your career is a journey, not a job.

We’re proud to support initiatives like Women in Engineering, promote work-life balance, and build a true engineering community across Switzerland with our HQ in Zug and working spaces across the country.

At ELLEON, we believe in working smart, staying curious, and growing together. Because work should fit your life, not the other way around!
