Ankur Patel, CFA has over 15 years of work experience in the finance industry. Ankur is currently serving as the VP of PWM Investments at Ellevest since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Ellevest from September 2019 to December 2022. From 2016 to 2019, Ankur held the position of Vice President Wealth Strategist - Investments at Lenox Wealth Advisors. Ankur also served as a Vice President, Portfolio Construction at Credit Suisse Private Banking - Assets & Investments from 2010 to 2016. Before that, Ankur worked as an Associate at BlackRock from 2006 to 2009, where they played a crucial role in portfolio accounting and performance measurement. Ankur gained experience as a Research Analyst at Ashbridge Investment Management from 2004 to 2005, conducting due diligence for client investment. Ankur started their career at Penn Mutual as an Assistant Portfolio Manager in 2003.

Ankur Patel, CFA, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics, Finance, and Accounting from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. In addition, they hold a certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
